INNOVATIONS IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Abstract

Advances in science and technology drive the development of economic activity at all levels. In this connection, it is very important to develop and implement various disruptive technologies aimed at improving the integrated management systems. While implementing organizational and management innovations, one should take into account a variety of endogenous and exogenous factors. As a result, the organizational and management structures of the company will reach new heights. All these things will increase competitiveness, profitability and efficiency of manufacturing and economic activity of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to define the essence of organizational and management innovations, their role and specificity in the current socio-economic environment by analyzing opinions of leading experts in the field of innovative development of a modern economy. Methods of research: dialectical-materialistic, logical, structural-functional analysis and synthesis, inductive-deductive, and evaluative-comparative. The definition of organizational and management innovations is given, their characteristics are identified. Implemented innovations increase profitability and contribute to the economic competitiveness of an enterprise. A special emphasis is placed on barriers that hinder businesses from organizational and management innovations and on the ways to overcome them.
