INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF RUSSIAN ENTERPRISES:CURRENT STATE

Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of using the modern information technologies at Russian enterprises. In the introduction of the article, the importance of information technologies and their place in enterprise management are indicated. It has been determined that the use of modern information technologies is directly related to an increase in the efficiency of not only individual managers, but also of all business processes. A detailed review of information technologies presented on the domestic market and used in the field of personnel management, project management, financial management, as well as information technologies necessary for a manager’s self-development has been carried out. In the conclusion of the article, the main obstacles to the implementation of information systems at enterprises in Russia are presented, as well as several conceptual approaches to their elimination and solution of problems in the use of modern information technologies are proposed. The use of information systems, software, mobile applications described in the article in the practice of domestic enterprises will significantly facilitate the work of managers, including those working remotely, and increase its efficiency. It has been substantiated that the introduction of modern information technologies is a key factor in managing the innovative development of enterprises and there is no alternative to it. It is concluded that the Russian economy needs serious investments in the development of network infrastructure that would meet modern business conditions and take the latest information technologiesinto account. The globalization of world business on the basis of modern information technologies is happening so dynamically that their untimely implementation can leave the company behind forever.
